本培训主要从分析需求管理入手，分析预测变化，识别和评估预测变化的风险，及预测准确率分析。根据实际的销售发货状况，分析对客户订单的准时交货率，订单完成率，客户的实际订单综合提前期分析与标准交期的差异，通过以上分析，发现问题和提出改进方向与目标；评估主计划产能负荷分析；评估物料与库存分析等。

The training includes demand management, forecasting with EXCEL model such as moving average, exponential smoothing method, forecast comparison, evaluate the risk for the forecast dynamical change, forecast accuracy assessment; actual shipment analysis, on time delivery calculation, on time fulfillment, actual customer synthetical lead time analysis versus standard lead time; all these analysis will help us find the weak areas we must improve. Master production scheduling evaluation table and capacity assessment, material and inventory analysis, and so on.

应用的EXCEL技巧有各种公式函数，如各种查找引用函数，求和与条件求和，日期、逻辑、文本函数；高级筛选、数据有效性，条件格式，图表、动态图表；及数据透视表的从基本技能到高级应用等。

Most of the EXCEL functions, if, vlookup, index, match, sumif, countif, date, logic, text. Advanced filter, data validation, conditional format, chart, dynamic chart, pivot table skills.

1.2  预测分析，风险评估Forecast Analysis

       对预测版本变化进行分析，且评估变化后的风险，及时做出预判，以采取及时适当的措施。

1.3  预测准确率评估标准公式介绍Forecast Accuracy Introduction-MAPE
